Sales Representative



We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and a strong passion for customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by identifying new opportunities and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and create a target list
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and cold-calling
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients
- Keep track of sales performance metrics and report on progress
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or complaints promptly

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Nationality preference: Syrian
Salary: 1200$ per month (plus commission)
