We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and promoting our products or services. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be Kenyan or foreigner with valid work permit in Russia
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to approach them
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Meet or exceed sales targets assigned by the company
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
