Junior Data Analyst
We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our fast-growing team in Utena, providing opportunities for Africans to work without requiring English proficiency or prior experience. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. You will work closely with senior analysts and managers to create reports and presentations that provide valuable insights to our company.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources.
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data.
- Create reports and presentations that effectively communicate data insights.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to understand business needs and objectives.
- Develop recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in data analysis is not required but considered a plus.
