Job Title: Plasterer for Multilingual Construction Company in Lisbon



We are a leading construction company based in Lisbon and we are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces on various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing out any imperfections
- Mix and apply plaster or other finishes using hand tools or spray equipment
- Create decorative textures or patterns according to project specifications
- Use trowels, brushes, or sponges to smooth out and level plaster
- Repair any cracks or damages to existing plaster surfaces
- Ensure that all work is completed accurately and within project deadlines
- Follow safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in the construction industry
- Fluent in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Familiarity with different types of plaster materials and application methods
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month with the opportunity for growth within the company. Accommodation will also be provided for non-local employees.
