We are a leading construction company in Lusail, Qatar seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion. Your role will involve managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other parties involved in the project
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Oversee the work of site engineers, supervisors, and other team members
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Lusail, Qatar.

Working Hours:
The working hours for this position are full-time (40 hours per week).
