Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Dickirch. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring their timely delivery, within budget and meeting quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Lead project teams and delegate tasks effectively
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact
- Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders regularly
- Conduct team meetings to review progress, address issues, and provide guidance
- Ensure projects adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards success
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Ability to manage budgets effectively
- PMP certification is a plus

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dickirch (open to all nationalities)
