Land Surveyor for Indian Nationals in Albena


We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Albena. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys and collecting data on properties and construction sites. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, locations, and elevation levels
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels to collect accurate data
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Keep up-to-date with all relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
- Familiarity with land surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English
