Indian Cuisine Chef in Akron, Ohio


Our restaurant in Akron, Ohio is seeking an experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus featuring a variety of traditional and modern Indian dishes
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Train kitchen staff on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure all food is cooked to perfection and presented in an appealing manner
- Monitor food quality and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef
- Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently
- Strong communication skills to work with kitchen staff
- Attention to detail in food presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
