We are hiring an Office Assistant for a contract job in the beautiful city of Funchal, Portugal. The ideal candidate does not need previous experience and will be provided with accommodation. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, but they must have their own visa to work in Portugal.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office team. This includes answering phone calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other tasks as needed.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong organizational skills.
