Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee the design and construction of buildings, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule. You will be responsible for managing a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Manage the design process from start to finish, including conceptualization, drafting, and finalizing plans
- Oversee the selection of materials and equipment for construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design plans
- Analyze project budgets to identify areas for cost savings without compromising quality
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an architecture manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software programs for architectural design
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-experts
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Svalbard
