Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in Svalbard. Your main role will be to lead a team of architects and designers, ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and contractors
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee the design process from concept to construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve design proposals
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction phase
- Evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience in managing architectural projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This is an urgent job located in Svalbard. While preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Svalbard, applicants from other countries are welcome to apply.

Note:
This position requires previous experience as an Architecture Manager. Candidates without experience will not be considered.
