Sales Manager - Jeddah, Egypt


We are searching for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Egypt. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and dynamic individual with experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Monitor the performance of sales team members and provide guidance for improvement
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events to network and promote company services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Egyptian market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Knowledge of CRM software systems and sales tracking tools is preferred
- Fluent in both Arabic and English languages

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
