Sales Manager


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Medina. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving revenue growth for our organization. This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and visits
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor competition and provide market insights to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus

Our company offers competitive salary of 1700$ per month, as well as opportunities for growth within the organization. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates. As this is a contract job, candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
