Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Medina. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets and objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products/services
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team towards success
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Fluent in English (Nepali language proficiency is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport for travel within the country (if not already residing in Medina)
