Construction Manager for Pakistani Nationals in Herzliya, Israel


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from beginning to end. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Prepare budgets and estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are being met
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Oversee project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Hire and manage construction team members including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members of different nationalities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards project goals
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya, Israel (own accommodation required)
