Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Herzliya. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects from start to finish. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and schedules
- Allocate resources and manage budgets
- Hire and oversee subcontractors and construction teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders including clients, engineers, architects, and government officials
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure project specifications are met
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors for materials and services
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, permits, etc.
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may occur during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
-Able to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
-Familiarity with project management software such as Procore or Microsoft Project
-Must have valid work permit/visa for Israel
