Florist Assistant



As a Florist Assistant in Vilnius, you will work alongside a team of experienced florists to create beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency and is open to foreigners. No previous experience in floristry is necessary, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to enter the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparing and designing floral arrangements according to client preferences and event themes
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas, tools, and equipment
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Arranging flowers for sale in the store or for delivery
- Learning about different types of flowers, plants, and techniques used in floral design
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floral design

Requirements:
- A passion for flowers and creativity
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1300 USD per month.

Our florist shop is located in Vilnius city center, easily accessible by public transportation.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Saturday. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
