Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our construction team in Washington. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects
- Create project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
- Oversee contractor performance and resolve any conflicts or delays
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare reports for senior management on project status, budget, and potential risks

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for effectively working with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

Salary: $1000 per week (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington D.C., United States (Canadian applicants welcome)
