Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Balzers. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a friendly and professional reception service
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for staff members
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing time off requests, and maintaining employee records
- Oversee office maintenance and liaise with vendors for any necessary repairs or upgrades
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for office supplies as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport preferred
