Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Gujrat. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware. Your main duties will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining computer networks and systems, and educating users on proper computer usage. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, experience with various operating systems and software applications is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Maintain computer networks and systems
- Educate users on proper computer usage
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Ensure data security by performing regular backups
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and software applications (Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
Certifications in relevant areas (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.

Location:
This position is located in Gujrat.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month without accommodation.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. However, occasional evening or weekend work may be required for system maintenance or urgent technical issues.
