Miner (Contract) - Zagreb, Croatia



We are seeking experienced miners to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia. As a Miner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining mining equipment, extracting minerals from underground mines, and ensuring the safety of yourself and your team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain mining equipment in accordance with safety regulations
- Extract minerals from underground mines using various methods
- Inspect mine walls, roofs, and floors for stability and report any potential hazards
- Ensure proper ventilation, lighting, and access in the mine
- Conduct safety checks on equipment before use and report any malfunctions
- Follow company protocols for waste management and environmental protection
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Keep detailed records of production levels, equipment maintenance, and accidents/incidents

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a miner or related field
- Knowledge of underground mining techniques and equipment operation
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the mining industry
- Physically fit to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
