Pastry Chef (Malayalee and Nepali candidates preferred) in Vilnius

We are currently hiring a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious pastries and desserts, and will possess strong culinary skills. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting various desserts, as well as managing inventory and maintaining sanitation standards in the kitchen. Malayalee and Nepali candidates are preferred, but all qualified applicants are welcome to apply. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role. You must also have strong organizational skills, as this position involves managing inventory and ordering supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality pastries and desserts according to recipes
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained
- Follow sanitation standards to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- Train and supervise other pastry kitchen staff
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items or special event menus

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration methods
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
