Job Title: Part-Time Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This includes creating functional and efficient layouts, selecting appropriate materials, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of industrial building design principles and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Research materials and systems for optimal efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness
