Finisher

As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various products and projects. This position requires attention to detail, a steady hand, and the ability to work with precision. You will use a variety of tools and techniques to ensure that the finished product meets quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have strong time-management skills, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for any imperfections or defects
- Use various tools such as sandpaper, grinders, and polishers to smooth out surfaces
- Apply finishes, such as paint or varnish, to protect and enhance the appearance of the product
- Follow instructions and specifications to ensure consistency in the finished product
- Meet production deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Report any issues or concerns with materials or equipment to supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and how to apply them effectively
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina for standing for long periods of time and performing repetitive tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time-management skills
- Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
Competitive salary starting at $1500 per month.

This full-time position is located in Funchal.
