Contract Engineer - Ar-Ruwais, UAE



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Contract Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contractual agreements between our company and clients or suppliers.

Salary: 1300$ per month

City: Ar-Ruwais, UAE

Nationality/Citizenship: Indian (preferred)

Language Requirement: English (basic proficiency)

Job Type: Contract (6-12 months)

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers
- Ensuring all parties comply with the terms and conditions of the contract
- Identifying potential risks and providing recommendations to mitigate them
- Managing contract changes, extensions, and terminations
- Overseeing contract performance and resolving any issues that may arise
- Conducting contract audits to ensure compliance
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to contracts
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure contract requirements are met
- Communicating regularly with clients or suppliers to maintain strong relationships

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Contract Engineer or similar role
- Knowledge of contract law and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
