Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks and providing support to our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month and accommodation included.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for company executives
- Maintain and update records, databases and systems
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence for internal and external communication
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or taking messages
- Coordinate office activities such as ordering supplies, maintaining files and records, and distributing mail
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
