We are in need of a skilled and experienced Unity Developer to join our team in Ufa, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Unity and C#, as well as experience with game design and development. The role will involve developing and implementing innovative game features, troubleshooting and debugging technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality games.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality games using Unity and C#
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging game features
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to ensure smooth gameplay experience
- Optimize game performance for various platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game development
- Continuously improve coding practices and processes within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in game development using Unity and C#
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with 2D/3D graphics rendering, animation, physics simulations, UI/UX design
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working on mobile platforms is a plus
