Indian Restaurant Manager in Los Angeles

As an Indian Restaurant Manager in Los Angeles, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our customers. You will oversee a team of employees, manage inventory and finances, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and uphold the quality standards of our restaurant.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems quickly
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ensure a high level of customer service by training and motivating staff to exceed expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Create new menu items or updates existing ones based on customer feedback and market trends
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster teamwork

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We also offer accommodation, free visa sponsorship, and round-trip ticket expenses from India.
