Interpreter/Translator - English/Spanish

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bilingual individual to join our team as an Interpreter/Translator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate translations between English and Spanish, both written and verbal. This position is based in Shan, China, and we are looking for candidates with proficiency in both languages.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately translate written documents from English to Spanish and vice versa
- Interpret verbal communication between English and Spanish speakers
- Provide language support during meetings, conferences, and other events
- Ensure cultural sensitivity when communicating with individuals from different backgrounds
- Proofread translations for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in translations
- Maintain confidentiality of all translated materials

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish languages
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpretation or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an interpreter/translator in a professional setting
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one if needed for international travel
