Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Shan, Malaysia. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Schedule meetings and appointments for various departments
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with the preparation of reports or presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Act as a point of contact between employees, clients, and vendors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract Type: Full-time contract position (3 months)
