Job Title: Architectural Designer (Bergen, Norway)



As an Architectural Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming ideas into functional and visually appealing structures. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in developing innovative designs that meet the needs and desires of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Develop preliminary sketches and design concepts for approval
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed blueprints and 3D models
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Prepare cost estimates based on materials, labor, and other factors
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Creativity and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
