Smelter Operator
A metal production company in Split is looking for a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating a smelting furnace and be able to handle various types of molten metals. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional technical training is preferred. The salary for this full-time position is $1100 per month, with the possibility of overtime. Accommodations are provided for our employees, including those from Nepal and Kenya who are encouraged to apply. Previous experience working with Nepali or Kenyan colleagues is a plus but not required. We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively and work well in a team setting.
