Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Engage with users by responding to comments, questions, and concerns
- Facilitate constructive conversations and diffuse any conflicts that may arise
- Collaborate with other moderators to identify potential issues and develop solutions
- Provide feedback to management on user activity and trends

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online etiquette and community dynamics
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar role is preferred but not required
