Waiter/Waitress in Ashdod, Israel



We are seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to create a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and address them promptly
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and server station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing payments
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month plus tips. We also provide accommodation for foreign employees if needed.
