Senior Architect - Siauliai



We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Siauliai. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary regulations and standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for building projects
- Oversee construction processes to ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. We also provide accommodation, free visa, and ticket for foreign candidates.
