Online Consultant - Indian Biometric Passport Services
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Online Consultant to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. Our company specializes in providing biometric passport services for Indian citizens living abroad. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their passport applications and providing support throughout the entire process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to provide guidance on the biometric passport application process
- Collect and verify necessary documents from clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of applications
- Assist clients with filling out application forms and uploading necessary documents on our online platform
- Monitor application progress and provide updates to clients as needed
- Address any inquiries or concerns from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Keep up-to-date with the latest changes in passport regulations and procedures for Indian citizens
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or consulting roles preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with online platforms and basic computer skills required
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Triesen, Liechtenstein. However, remote work may be possible for qualified candidates.
