Pastry Chef for High-End Restaurant in Braga, Portugal
Do you have a passion for creating beautiful and delicious pastries? Are you a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef looking for a new opportunity in the vibrant city of Braga? Look no further! Our high-end restaurant is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team.
As our Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing unique and innovative dessert menus. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that all pastries are prepared to the highest standards and presented beautifully. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and managing the pastry kitchen.
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining establishment. A degree or certification in culinary arts or pastry making is preferred. You must possess excellent technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail. You should also have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team.
As this is a high-end restaurant, we are looking for someone who has experience working with high-quality ingredients and producing visually stunning desserts. Knowledge of traditional Portuguese desserts is a plus.
In addition to your technical skills, we are seeking someone who is passionate about their craft and always striving to improve. You should also have excellent time management skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. As our restaurant operates during evenings, weekends, and holidays, flexibility with scheduling is required.
