Architectural Designer



As an experienced Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing functional, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally sound buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to develop designs that meet both their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and vision for the project
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are structurally sound and feasible
- Research and analyze building codes, regulations, and requirements to ensure compliance
- Consider factors such as environmental impact, sustainability, and accessibility in design plans
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in the Beer-Sheva area
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience working with international clients
- A portfolio showcasing your previous architectural designs
