CNC Operator (Malayalee candidates preferred) - Bungoma, Kenya


We are a growing manufacturing company in Bungoma seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. We are specifically looking for candidates who are fluent in English and have experience with biometric passport technology.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform routine maintenance
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Work with various metals, plastics, or other materials as required
- Meet production quotas while maintaining high standards of workmanship

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification in CNC machining is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Experience with biometric passport technology is highly desirable
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical diagrams/blueprints
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
