Courier Supervisor


As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our courier department in Bayan. Your main duties will include coordinating and scheduling courier deliveries, managing a team of couriers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create delivery routes and schedules for couriers based on package volume and location
- Assign packages to couriers and ensure that all packages are delivered within the designated time frame
- Monitor the performance of couriers to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivery
- Train new couriers on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding package deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and employee productivity
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinate with supply chain team for replenishment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for couriers and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of experience in a courier or logistics role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead a team effectively with strong leadership skills

We offer competitive salary ($1700/month) and benefits package for this full-time position.
