We are seeking a skilled and experienced Slinger Operator to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Slinger Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of slinging equipment such as cranes and derricks to move heavy materials on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of slinging equipment to lift, move and position materials on construction sites.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure proper positioning of materials.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while operating equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment as needed.
- Keep accurate records of materials moved and work performed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating slinging equipment is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month.
