We are currently hiring a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining milling machines in a manufacturing or production setting. The role involves setting up and adjusting machines to ensure quality output, monitoring machine operations, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, have strong mechanical skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines according to specifications
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper cutting speed and depth
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of basic math and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position.
