Sales Representative - Indian Market in Malindi


We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and focus on the Indian market in Malindi. As our ideal candidate, you have a strong understanding of the Indian culture, language, and business practices. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Indian clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the Indian market in Malindi.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential Indian clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
- Promote our products and services to the Indian community through various channels such as social media, events, etc.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations for the Indian market.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport.
- Fluent in English with knowledge of Hindi preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Strong understanding of the Indian culture, language, and business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month but is negotiable depending on experience.

Location:
This position is based in Malindi but may require occasional travel within Kenya.
