Architectural Designer - Eschen, Liechtenstein


As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing and in accordance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the project
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all necessary requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements for accurate design implementation
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback or technical considerations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, regulations, and materials to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Liechtenstein
- Excellent communication skills in English (German would be a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
