Merchandiser - Retail Sales Representative


Our retail company in Hawalli is seeking a dedicated and motivated Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in our store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on their preferences
- Ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked according to company standards
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in retail sales is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have a biometric passport or the ability to obtain one quickly
- Physically fit, as the job may require lifting and moving heavy items
- Good communication skills, with a friendly attitude towards customers
- Accommodation provided for out-of-city candidates

Salary:
1600$ per month, plus commission on sales.
