Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Triesen, managing construction projects for our company. The ideal candidate will be experienced in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Managing project resources and ensuring timely completion
- Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
- Evaluating project risks and making necessary adjustments

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects within budget and on schedule. They should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to problem solve effectively. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport and at least 3 years of experience in construction management. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
