We are in need of a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, managing office supplies and equipment, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office space
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry and invoicing
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Karachi, Pakistan. Please only apply if you are currently living in the area or willing to relocate at your own expense.
