Job Title: Entry Level Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Office Assistant to join our team in Karachi. As an Entry Level Office Assistant, you will support the office by performing various administrative tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in an office setting and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department
- Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
- File and organize documents both physically and electronically
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry and update records as necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preference:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Biometric passport for easy travel is preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
