Restaurant Manager - Manama, Bahrain


We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff, inventory, and budget
- Train and mentor new employees to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Create and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Monitor food quality and ensure all health and safety regulations are met
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and specials that align with our brand image
- Track inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste
- Stay updated on industry trends and make suggestions for improvements or changes to enhance the overall dining experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)

Salary: 1000$ per month
