Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Manama. You will be in charge of managing the staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized establishment. Your duties will include hiring and training staff, creating schedules, ordering supplies, and monitoring inventory. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all health and safety standards are met, and that the restaurant is profitable.
To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a restaurant management role is preferred but not required. A passion for food and customer service is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff
- Ensure high-quality customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Create employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
